Fruit Slices - Quilt size 72" square

I used my gorgeous Betty's Pantry reproduction fabric for this quit and then used the shape of fruit slices for my design inspiration.

The block has a simple hourglass base that has arced appliqued shapes added to the four sides of the block. The blocks are then pieced together with sashing strips and cornerstone squares.
