I love Cross Stitch/Embroidery Samplers and they were the inspiration for this quilts design.

The applique is simple and folky with eight different designs, some are repeated and some are used just the once.  There are also two simple pieced blocks that are repeated to give the quilt balance.

The pattern has full scale applique layouts with detailed applique instructions.
